The Vertical chamber design of the Retort Machine in Food Industry maximizes the use of space. The Steam Retort Machine is equipped with a heating system, microcomputer control system, overheating and overpressure protection system, reliable sterilization, easy operation and energy saving. Food Retort Machine is mainly used for vacuum packaging, glass jar, aluminum foil packaging and plastic jar sterilization, to solve the problem of food packaging bag expansion after ordinary high temperature sterilization technology. The whole sterilization process takes about 1 hour (h), depending on the actual situation.
Description:
1. It is designed to solve the problem of short shelf life after food processing.

4. The equipment is in strict accordance with GB/ T150-2011 pressure vessel design, the pot body adopts food grade 304 stainless steel.
5. Built-in electric heating tube, high heating efficiency, fast heating speed. Produce high temperature steam sterilization, add back pressure when cooling, prevent bag expansion.
6. Reverse pressure system with small compressor can prevent damage of packaging bags.
7. Built-in stainless steel basket. Hand wheel rotation, translational open pot cover, spiral structure seal. It is easy to operate.
8. The equipment has the functions of time control, temperature control, liquid level control, water shortage alarm, buzzer at the end of sterilization, etc. Easy to use and reliable.
9. The top of the equipment is equipped with a safety valve to prevent pressure out of control and rapid exhaust.
