Description:

The water Spray autoclave series is mainly used for sterilization of coated dialysate.

Heated pure water is used as a fungicide. The plastic bag solution is heated rapidly and evenly distributed within the cavity due to continuous spraying of water during the cycle. The water spray Sterilizer is equipped with a heat exchanger. Water from the factory boiler enters the heat exchanger, which heats the water in the tank. Water is then sprayed onto the empty tin through an inner tube to disinfect it. The autoclave steam sterilizer saves both water and energy compared to soaking.
Pharmaceutical made of stainless steel, equipped with imported dedicated computer and automatic recorder. This allows the spray sterilizing pot to accurately control and record the entire sterilization process, optional horizontal design, increase the spray area, improve work efficiency.

The human body's metabolism is constantly going on to produce waste, and peritoneal dialysis has dialysate in the abdominal cavity almost 24 hours, synchronous and continuous blood purification work, which is a dialysis method similar to the physiological function of the kidney. The peritoneal dialysis cycle refers to the process in which a certain amount of peritoneal dialysate is poured into the peritoneal cavity and some or all of the peritoneal dialysate is drained out after staying for a period of time, including drainage, infusion and abdominal retention.

As the catheter used for peritoneal dialysis needs to be connected with the dialysis bag during fluid change, once hygiene is not paid attention to during operation or peritoneal dialysis packaging/catheter damage and infection occur, abdominal infection may occur.

The common route of peritoneal infection is at the pouch transfer junction. Peritoneal dialysis (PD) solutions are currently sterilized in autoclave using high temperature saturated steam. Disinfection and sterilization should be performed during or before use to reduce the risk of infection during the docking of peritoneal dialysis and dialysate tubes. Careful handling is important to keep packed pd products sterile.

Application:
1. Sterilize filled containers containing HDPE/LDPE bottles, PVC multilayer bags or glass bottles.
2. Terminal sterilization of large volume infusion in glass bottles and plastic bags.

Features:

1. Horizontal cylinder or rectangular square chamber, 304 stainless steel, fine polishing, mineral insulation, to ensure minimum heat.
2. Horizontal sliding door (as usual for large volume room) or electric hinged door (as usual for small volume room), driven by motor, sealed with compressed air.
