1. Integrated crushing and high-temperature sterilization function
The equipment realizes integrated processing of crushing and high-temperature sterilization, crushing first and then sterilizing, and high-temperature saturated steam sterilization effectively ensures the processing effect.
2. Modular design
The top circular vertical loading bin, the middle double-shaft high-torque crushing module, and the bottom sterilization bin module are compactly designed and easy to maintain. Robot automatic welding and flange connection are adopted, with strong sealing, easy installation and operation.
3. Efficient crushing system
The double-shaft structure is equipped with staggered blades, and the low-speed high-torque reduction motor provides powerful power to ensure uniform and thorough crushing. The external bearing design does not need to be replaced, which improves the equipment life and operation stability.
4. Efficient sealing technology
The compressed air active sealing door technology ensures safe operation and can maintain the sealing state even if the power is off. The loading door is hydraulically driven and easy to open and close; the unloading door adopts a mechanical locking mechanism to enhance safety.
5. Cavity and discharge design
The cavity and door body are made of 304 stainless steel, which is smooth without dead corners, easy to clean, corrosion-resistant, and prolongs the service life.
The exhaust gas is treated by a high-precision biofilter with a filtration efficiency of up to 99.999%, effectively preventing environmental pollution.
Condensate and waste are sterilized at the same time and then safely discharged to prevent secondary pollution.
6. Intelligent control system
Equipped with a touch screen human-machine interface, it dynamically displays the working status and parameters (temperature, pressure, time, etc.), and the operation is intuitive and convenient.
Siemens PLC controller supports remote monitoring and diagnosis, with high reliability and flexible use.
Multi-point temperature detection and equipment self-test functions ensure the sterilization effect and safe operation of the equipment.
7. Multiple protection and emergency functions
The equipment is equipped with multiple alarms and emergency processing modes. Manual operation of the main valve can ensure that sterilization is completed in the event of control system failure.
The use of thermal insulation materials and metal heat insulation covers effectively reduces the impact of thermal radiation on the working environment.

Workflow:
Adding materials → closing the top door → crushing → pre-vacuuming → heating → sterilization → exhausting → drying → emptying → unloading

 

Working principle:
The garbage is first sheared and torn by a double-axis blade for crushing. Then the crushed garbage is sterilized in the sterilization chamber by using the condensed water inactivation method. The specific method is to introduce steam from the bottom of the sterilization chamber and sterilize the garbage by high temperature.
