Description:This series of leak detection sterilizer is a high performance, high intelligence and small capacity filling drug sterilization, leak detection, cleaning equipment.
As a sterilization medium with pressure steam, a homogeneous sterilization can be achieved, and a multi-point replacement exhaust temperature is used to ensure that the sterilization indoor cold air is completely excluded, and the temperature rise is rapidly. Effectively eliminates the temperature dead angle due to the presence of cold air. After the end of the sterilization, the positive pressure leak detection was performed by vacuum, and the detection rate was 100%.
The main machine of this series of equipment is horizontal rectangular structure, 3O4 or 316L stainless steel inner liner, all stainless steel wire drawing plate cover, with standard GMP verification interface. Industrial control system PLC+HMI has standard "user management, data storage, formula management" function, sterilization process can be traced, with independent data recording device and industrial control system to ensure data accuracy.
