Description:
The vacuum conveyors for powder & bulk are having prominent advantage.   To provide the highest level of safety for hygiene and operation in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.   They operate at negative pressure below atmospheric conditions, helping to keep the production environment clean and spill-free.   All conveyors can be equipped with pneumatic or electromechanical vacuum pumps.

Through this vacuum loader, the material can be transported directly from the container to the mixer, reactor, hopper, tablet press, packaging machine, vibrating screen, rectifier, etc.

Working Principle:
Automatic vacuum loading machine adopts vortex air pump to pump air, so that the entrance of suction nozzle and the whole system are in a certain vacuum state.   The powder and granule are sucked into the nozzle with the outside air, forming material flow and reaching the hopper through the suction pipe.   After the separation of gas and material, the material enters the receiving equipment.   Feeding and discharging are completed by the continuous opening and closing of the pneumatic three-way valve, which is controlled by the cycle time relay.
