Work flow:
1. The hopper feeds the fiber through a spiral conveyor into the grinding chamber, where the fiber are cut and crushed by high-speed blades.
2. In the grinding process, the pulverized particles are transported to the classification chamber by high speed air flow.
3. In the classification chamber, the fiber particles will be subjected to the dual action of centrifugal force and wind, and the particles that are too large will be thrown back to the grinding chamber to continue to be crushed, and the materials that meet the size will be dedusting through the cyclone separator and dust removal system.
4. Finally the materials that meet the standard will be discharged.
