Principle:
The low temperature crusher uses liquid nitrogen as the cold source, after the crushed material is cooled to achieve embrittle and easy to crush state at low temperature, it enters the mechanical crusher chamber through high-speed rotation of the impeller, the material and the blade tooth disk, the material and the material between each other repeatedly impact, collision, shear, friction and other comprehensive effects, to achieve the crushing effect.

The crushed materials are classified and collected by the air classifier.  The materials that do not meet the fineness requirements are returned to the silo for further crushing.  Most of the cold air generated is returned to the silo for further freezing and recycling.
