Description:
1. Indirect heating and cooling process is adopted, cooling water and process water do not contact, so as to avoid secondary contamination of products, no water treatment chemicals are needed, and high temperature sterilization is performed in a short time.
2. Steam and atomized sterilizing water are directly hot mixed in the sterilizing kettle to increase the speed of heating and cooling and reduce steam consumption.
3. Water mist is sprayed from different internal angles, and internal steam, air and water vapor are mixed and convected to form a perfect temperature distribution.
4. Four movable temperature sensor probes are equipped in the sterilizing kettle, which can monitor the F value and heat distribution inside the product at any time, and understand the temperature conduction inside the product at any time.
5. Low operating noise creates a high-quality production environment.
6. Perfect pressure control, the pressure of the entire production process is constantly adjusted to adapt to the pressure needs of different stages and the pressure changes inside the product packaging, which is very suitable for products with gas packaging.
7. The process water preheating system and softened sterilization water can be selected to avoid the influence of water quality on the outer packaging of the product.
