Description:
Inside the rotary sterilizer cabinet is a sterilization chamber, in which a swing rack is provided.  Driven by the transmission component, the swing rack will swing back and forth in the sterilization chamber of the cabinet.  A sterilization car for loading materials is placed in the swing rack.

When working, the swing frame drives the sterilization car loaded with materials to swing back and forth.  At the same time, the water spray autoclave adopts superheated circulating water for sterilization, and leads to the sterilization chamber inside the cabinet through the spray device, so as to sterilize the items on the sterilization car.

The rotary retort in the whole sterilization process, the equipment in a closed state and stable operation, uniform temperature, fully meet the requirements of GMP.  The equipment loading system drives the swing through the drive.  Our precise design and exquisite processing technology will make your expensive products get the best sterilization effect.

Features:
1. Double jacket technology, stable chamber temperature and steam pressure.   All stainless steel wire drawing plate trim outer cover.   With standard GMP authentication interface, convenient for users to carry out equipment verification at any time.

3. Built-in thermal printer, which can print temperature and pressure curves.
4. Unique door lock mechanism ensures that the front and back doors cannot be opened at the same time to prevent excessive pressure from accidental injury.
5. Independent temperature monitoring system, with 16 temperature probes, F0 value and temperature time double guarantee sterilization effect.
6. In the sterilization process, articles are in relative motion, and the sterilization temperature of products is more uniform, completely eliminating the phenomenon of precipitation and crystallization.
7. The sterilization method of superheated water spray is adopted, which is especially suitable for bottled food and beverage, so as to prevent bottle bursting.
