1. Full process automation
All components are integrated into one machine, with double-layer transparent visual door and front-opening design, which has good sealing and can observe the internal washing operation process throughout. The three steps of acid steam cleaning, ultra-pure water spraying and hot air drying are completed automatically, and the cleaning time, temperature and other parameters can be set as needed.
2. Intelligent process
The stepped heating system can both quickly heat up and prevent the temperature from being too high. The temperature rises rapidly in the first stage, rising to 90 degrees Celsius within 5 minutes, and the temperature is continuously adjustable. The temperature rises slowly in the middle and later stages to ensure the sub-boiling state of acid steam, which can effectively improve the cleaning efficiency and complete the acid cleaning and ultra-pure water spraying process in 60-90 minutes.
3. No cross infection
Equipped with a patented jacket injection cleaning system, the acid and water channels do not cross, and the spray head has 360° all-round and no dead angle. The whole process can perform precise targeted cleaning of utensils. The cleaning chamber is designed with a stepped tilt. After the cleaning is completed, the waste liquid automatically flows into the waste liquid pool and no longer participates in the cleaning process. All washing liquids circulate in one direction to avoid cross contamination.
4. Neutralization and discharge
After cleaning, the acid and ultra-pure water do not flow back to the original acid and water, but flow into the waste liquid collection pool, which can automatically detect the pH value of the waste liquid and automatically neutralize the pH value to reach the pH value that meets the standard before discharging.
5. Automatic acid addition and acid discharge
Automatic positive pressure acid addition system, automatic acid discharge after cleaning. The acid level is visible, and it automatically reminds to add liquid when it is short of liquid. There is an automatic acid discharge function in the acid pool, which is convenient for cleaning.
6. Waste gas absorption device
The built-in EP waste absorption system can quickly absorb a large amount of waste gas without putting the cleaning machine into the fume hood.
7. Dual fan exhaust
The dual fan exhaust system is automatically turned on when the machine is turned on. The cleaning chamber in the machine is in a negative pressure state as a whole, and the acid and waste gas do not overflow, ensuring safety.
8. Saving acid
Equipped with a patented triple dynamic acid saving pool, the acid is heated in a shallow position and over a large area, and can be quickly evaporated into acid vapor. Only 70ml of acid is required for one cleaning.
9. Corrosion-resistant chamber surface
The entire cleaning chamber is made of high-purity Teflon material to ensure extremely high corrosion resistance. The electronic operating system and circuit system are separated from the instrument, and the circuit board has an anti-corrosion spray design to increase the working life of the machine.
Workflow and principle
Process 1: Injection sub-boiling acid steam cleaning (Figure 1)
Ultrapure acid steam enters the inner wall of the cleaning dish through the conduit, which can effectively kill bacteria and microorganisms and reduce ion residues. The injected acid steam does not circulate repeatedly, and it is discharged immediately after use without backflow, ensuring that pollutants do not remain in the cleaning dish. One hour of sub-boiling acid steam cleaning is equivalent to 12 hours of immersion cleaning in the acid cylinder at room temperature, which greatly improves the cleaning efficiency.
Process 2: Ultrapure water injection flushing (Figure 2)
After the acid steam is cleaned and discharged, ultra-pure water is sprayed through the spray head on the top of the cleaning dish. While cleaning the utensils, the acid liquid and acid gas are also rinsed clean to ensure that there is no residue. Ultra-pure water will not circulate back and will be discharged after flushing.
Process 3: Hot air drying (Figure 3)
After cleaning, the pipeline compressor heats the air filtered by the HEPA filter and blows it into the cleaning dish. The drying temperature and time can be set as needed to ensure that there is no liquid residue in the utensils after cleaning, reducing the possibility of secondary contamination.
