Features:
Working principle
The hot air circulation technology is used to heat the air in the drying box and then discharge it through circulation, thus achieving the effect of drying and dehydration.

Structural features:
1. Double-door design, infection control standard: It adopts a 9-layer structure and can accommodate 9 standard medium-sized packaging baskets, which meets the infection control requirements of hospitals.
2. High-quality steel: The inner tank and casing are made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, and the mesh frame is made of high-quality SUS316 stainless steel, which has low bacterial adhesion rate, strong antibacterial properties, safe and convenient, and has an insulating interlayer to reduce heat loss.  The glass door window is convenient for observing the internal situation.  The optimized air duct and circulation system ensure uniform temperature, and the height and number of shelves can be flexibly adjusted according to needs.
3. Efficient hot air circulation system: imported motors and fan blades bring breeze convection, top air outlet and bottom exhaust, realize hot air flow circulation, strong wind force, faster drying and lower temperature.

Technical Features:
1. Hot air circulation structure: equipped with two independent heating systems (top and side heating) and internal and external double circulation systems.  The top circulation provides dry and hot clean air, and the side circulation performs secondary heating on the middle and lower items to ensure that the instruments are dried quickly and evenly.
2. Control system: medical high-precision PLC microcomputer control, real-time and accurate adjustment of temperature and air volume, convenient and safe operation;  the Chinese display interface can memorize and set drying and heating time.
3. Heating box: The overall disc-type heating box adopts PTC heat dissipation method, fireproof and environmentally friendly, and the side heating box is well sealed and insulated.  Equipped with high-precision temperature probes and overheating protection functions to prevent safety hazards.
4. Air convection system: imported motors and fan blades realize forced hot air circulation (top air outlet, bottom exhaust), uniform airflow, fast drying and low temperature.
5. Controller: adopts integrated design, with photoelectric isolator at the input end, supports configurable A/D input, and OLED display provides high visibility.  Built-in ≥10 sets of programs, including 4 sets of default programs (catheters, instruments, glassware, humidification bottles), adjustable parameters.
6. Display: ≥7-inch high-definition color touch screen, displaying program type, real-time temperature, running time and alarm prompts, located above the cabinet, button operation, ergonomic design.
