Description:
The medical waste sterilizer shredder is an integrated autoclave sterilizer and dual shaft shredder for the environmentally friendly treatment of medical waste. The equipment has a compact structure, high space utilization and is in line with the concept of environmental protection design.
The material is first put into the sterilization chamber, and after the sterilization is completed, it is manually removed and put into the shredder chamber for shredding.
Sterilization chamber:
1. Through high temperature and high pressure sterilization technology, bacteria, viruses and other micro-organisms are effectively killed to ensure that the treated waste meets the harmless standard.
2. Steam is generated by internal steam generator and drainage system.
3. The sterilization volume is 30L, which meets the demand of treated materials.
4. The control panel sets the sterilization time, temperature, pressure and other parameters.
Shredding room:
1. The twin-shaft shredder reduces the size of the material by shearing, tearing and squeezing formed between the moving knife, fixed knife and spacer sleeve.
2. Reduces the volume of waste material to 20%.
3. Has powerful shredder blades that automatically reverse and clear jammed waste.
4.After shredding is completed, the waste material automatically falls into the waste compartment for easy subsequent disposal.
Safety features:
1.Includes safety valve, thermostat, temperature sensor, water level detector, pressure sensor, automatic cutter blade reversal and software safety features.
Safe landfill disposal:
The treated material can be sent to municipal landfill for disposal, completely harmless and non-toxic.
Scope of application:
Suitable for the treatment of highly infectious waste such as sharps, gloves, labware, glass, plastic, rubber tubing, filters, etc. generated in laboratories, dialysis centres, clinics, hospitals and other places.
